1.PARTS

This General Service Agreement ("Agreement") is signed between Limon Yazilim ve Bilişim Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd Sti ("LimonHost"), registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry at the address of Cihannüma Mahallesi Hüsnü Savman Sok No40 Da9 Beşiktaş / Istanbul, with registration number 704000. 2. ENFORCEMENT

This Agreement shall enter into force from the date it is accepted electronically.

3. SUBJECT

With this Agreement, LimonHost's website www.limonhost.net ("Site") and all products and services available on this Site (collectively the "Services") The general terms and conditions regarding the provision are regulated. This Agreement is an annex and an integral part of the domain name agreement/hosting agreement/server hosting agreement (each a "Service Agreement") that the Customer has accepted electronically regarding the Services.

4. STATEMENTS

Customer accepts this Agreement:

5. CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Services offered on the Customer Site To take advantage of , an account ("Member Account") must be created. The Customer agrees, declares and undertakes to keep the Member Account information accurate, up-to-date and complete. If LimonHost believes that the Member Account information is untrue, inaccurate, expired or incomplete, it is authorized to freeze or delete the Customer Account at its sole discretion.

The Customer agrees and undertakes to keep all Member Account information absolutely confidential and not to allow third parties to use it. In case of unauthorized use of the Member Account by third parties, the Customer shall immediately notify Limon of such situation. LimonHost is not responsible in any way for damages and losses arising from unauthorized use of Member Account.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES

LimonHost is not obliged to control the content it provides or to investigate whether there is any illegal activity.

Including the Site, the Services and contents on the Site, the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications and the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, but It cannot be used in violation of applicable laws, including but not limited to.

The Customer may use the Site and/or the Services on the Site and/or the content it offers. It will keep LimonHost and its officers, managers and employees free from all claims, rights, demands, costs, damages, losses and liabilities that may arise due to or in connection with the use of this Agreement or the provisions of the applicable legislation, and will immediately

LimonHost at any time, without limitation, on the Site, including the prices and service fees on the Site. reserves the right to change, renew, make changes to a certain part of the Site or any of the Services on the Site, or terminate their application.

7 .ANTI SPAM

The customer must not send bulk and/or commercial messages via the internet, without the consent of the recipient ( "Spam") and/or internet users by language, frequency or It cannot send e-mails that will disturb in terms of size or commercial advertising e-mails against the wishes of internet users. In addition, the Customer, which has its own SMTP (electronic mail sending protocol) server, cannot run the SMTP service on its own servers unprotected and open to the use of 3rd parties/institutions, whether or not it receives SMTP service from LimonHost.

In case LimonHost believes that the Customer is transmitting Spam or unauthorized mass e-mail or is connected with it , at its sole discretion, has the authority to terminate the Customer Account and/or discontinue the Services.

All compensation rights of LimonHost against the Customer due to the Customer's violation of the provisions of this article are reserved.

8.RETURN

Refund can be requested within 15 days from the date of release, without any excuse.

Unconditional refund only for newly purchased hosting ( hosting) packages. Products, services and renewals such as Domain Name (Domain), SSL, License are excluded from the scope of return.

It is received only with the written request of the customer sent to LimonHost customer service department via the e-mail account defined in the Member Account or the return request sent through the Member Account.

Refund requests approved by LimonHost are made in the form of refunds to the same credit card for payments made by credit card, and Remittance / EFT refunds are made to the sender's account after deducting the bank shipping costs.

9.Force Majeure

Reasonable supervisory power that develops beyond the control and will of the parties Except for the ones listed, which cannot be predicted beforehand and which prevents and/or delays the fulfillment of the obligations of the Parties under this contract, Force Majeure ("Force Majeure")

When a Force Majeure occurs, one of the Parties must immediately notify the other Party without delay. The Parties shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill their obligations in full or on time due to Force Majeure. In the event that the Force Majeure situation continues for 15 (fifteen) days without interruption, each Party may terminate this Agreement and the Service Agreement by giving a written notice. In order to avoid any doubt, the rights and receivables of the Parties accrued before the termination are reserved.

Customer, LimonHost' It accepts and declares that maintenance and arrangement works may be carried out if deemed necessary by the company and that interruptions may occur during these works. LimonHost will make the highest reasonable effort to complete these works as soon as possible.

10. PRIVACY

Confidential Information The party providing information due to or in connection with the performance of this Agreement and/or the Services (hereinafter " It refers to all kinds of information, documents and materials that have been provided verbally, visually, in writing, electronically and otherwise, by the receiving party (hereinafter referred to as the "Receiving Party") and should be considered confidential.

The Receiving Party shall protect the confidentiality and confidentiality of the Confidential Information of the Informing Party and shall not use this Confidential Information in any way. will not disclose it to a third party.

Receiving Party Confidential Information only to its officers, managers, can explain to employees and clients. LimonHost may receive services from various service/service providers for the execution of services, and in this case, it may disclose confidential information to the said service providers, which should have this information, under its own control.

Obligations of the Receiving Party under the terms of this contract

Obtained on a non-confidential basis by the Recipient Party from a source authorized to disclose

previously owned by the Receiving Party and not obtained from the Informing Party, or

independently by the Receiving Party acquired

If the Receiving Party is obliged to disclose Confidential Information due to law, regulation, court or administrative or official institution decision, it may disclose such information. The Receiving Party shall disclose only the part of the Confidential Information that it is obliged to disclose.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be declared by the Recipient Party.

11 .NOTICES

All communications to be made under this Agreement or regarding the Services will be in writing and unless otherwise stated, Customer It can be sent to the e-mail address of . However, notices and warnings specified in Article 18 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 (mainly consisting of notifications of default or termination) will be made by registered mail, telegraph, or registered electronic mail system using a notary public or secure electronic signature.

The customer is responsible for keeping all address and contact information, including e-mail address, up-to-date, complete and correct. Otherwise, the Customer is solely responsible for all delays, damages and losses that may arise from the inaccuracy of the address and contact information, and cannot make any right, claim or claim against Limon in this regard.

The Customer accepts and declares that the address specified when creating the Member Account is the legal notification address. In case of a change in the said address, the Customer shall immediately update the address information in his Member Account and at the latest within 5 days following the said change. If the Customer does not update the address information, any notification and other correspondence made to the Customer's address specified in the Member Account will be deemed valid and will bear all the provisions and consequences of the legal notification.

The Parties, among other evidence, agree that any correspondence to any other Party, including but not limited to those sent by e-mail (including unencrypted e-mail), The parties agree that in accordance with Article 193 and Article 199 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, any lawsuit to be filed in the Republic of Turkey will constitute legal written evidence within the framework of any legal action or proceeding to be made.

12.TERMINATION

Reasons for termination in the relevant Service Agreement without prejudice to, and without prejudice to, the following: In such cases, LimonHost has the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and the relevant Service Agreement immediately:

Customer's default in payment obligations specified in the Service Agreement,

Customer's breach of confidentiality obligations in this Agreement,

Customer's breach of its obligations under this Agreement,

Customer's loss of capacity to act, restriction , being incapable of paying its debts, appointing a trustee,

declaring concordat, bankruptcy, postponing bankruptcy, in the liquidation process, dissolution, cessation of commercial activities and the emergence of the danger of their emergence.

The Customer will not have any compensation or refund request from LimonHost in the above cases.

In addition to the above, LimonHost may terminate this Agreement and the Service Agreement without giving any reason, provided that at least 5 business days prior written notice is given. In this case, the fees related to the Services that the CUSTOMER has paid to LimonHost in advance, but which cannot be used due to the termination, will be returned to the CUSTOMER.

13.APPLICABLE LAW AND AUTHORIZED COURT

The establishment, validity and performance of this Agreement and each of its articles and sections will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.and the interpretation of this Agreement will be made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

They irrevocably accept that the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are exclusively authorized to settle all disputes arising out of, and accordingly, all lawsuits, proceedings or legal proceedings arising from or in connection with this Agreement. will be seen by the courts and enforcement offices that passed.

The Parties declare that LimonHost's books, accounts, records and documents do not constitute legal evidence between the Parties within the framework of all lawsuits, legal proceedings, proceedings or disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement.

14. OTHER PROVISIONS

This Agreement and all documents delivered under or in connection with this Agreement or forming a part of this Agreement by way of reference constitute the entire agreement between the Parties regarding the subject of this Agreement.

Each provision in this Agreement is severable and independent, and any of these provisions may be unlawful or invalid for any reason. or become unenforceable shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of other provisions. and without prejudice and the other provisions will remain in effect, and subsequently and without delay, the Parties will negotiate in good faith to replace the said provision with a valid and enforceable provision that will have nearly the same economic and legal effect on the Parties.

No rights and obligations of the Customer under this Agreement are assignable or otherwise transferable.
